Information

Working with the creative team Archipelago, I directed, shot and edited a documentary about Portland Oregon street legend Lucky Buster the Six-String Outlaw. This movie not only chronicles the life of the inimitable Mr. Buster; it examines the nature and importance of community in modern life. By revealing the richness of character in those around us who are so often overlooked, Honky Tonk Dirt shows what it means to cross that line from passerby to neighbor. In Lucky’s own words, “be good to your neighbors, and by golly you’ll have better neighbors.”
